We were blessed to have Amber as our realtor! We moved across the country and purchased our house sight unseen. She drove and looked at homes for us, took videos and sent them to us, stayed up late to get paperwork in to put in offers, she even helped us move our stuff into storage IN THE RAIN. She will do everything in her power to help you meet your house buying/selling goals. With the offer that ended up getting our home closed, Amber ensured we were protected as there was a home contingency. Instead of pushing us to accept the offer with the home contingency, she suggested we negotiate with a back out clause so we could still get our home sold if a better offer came along. Amber was amazing from start to finish! She helped me sell my home and buy my new one, and she was always available whenever I had questions. She gave me great advice on what to list my home for, but I decided to list it a little higher. After a week, we lowered it to the price she originally recommended, and within a day we had two offers—I should have listened to her from the beginning! What I appreciated most was that Amber always gave honest, knowledgeable advice while still letting me make the final decisions. She never pressured me, but looking back, she was right every time. She also connected me with an excellent lender who had my pre-approval letter ready within hours on a Saturday, allowing me to submit my offer right away. Overall, Amber made the entire buying and selling process as smooth as possible. Just bought a house in Bristol (Calm down we’re from Knoxville originally) and we could not have done this without Amber. She was amazing. Extremely thoughtful, tenacious in negotiations, handled all the VA stuff with ease. Spent an entire day looking at houses with us and was just really there for us during the entire process. If I could give her more stars I would. She is wonderful and funny and genuine on top of being thorough and having top notch advice and attention to detail.

We did not have a straight forward real estate transaction (first seller defaulted on contract) and Amber was the best advocate for us.
